Stroke recovery can be overwhelming—physically, emotionally, and mentally—but therapy can help you regain confidence, process the emotional impact, and rebuild a meaningful life.

I’ve been a counselor for over 15 years and have helped individuals and families heal and find their strength. I have specific experience walking with clients through stroke recovery—helping survivors (and their loved ones) navigate grief, role changes, identity shifts, and the path toward resilience.

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I enjoy cheering on my favorite sports teams (Go Texas Tech!), volunteering in the community, strolling the aisles at the mall, walking Hazel (my dog) on the Katy Trail, reading for fun, and spending time with friends and family.
