Jennifer uses a combination of counseling and coaching styles based on clients needs and objectives such as Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused, Trauma Informed, Child Centered, and Positive Psychology. Jennifer has experience in working with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief, trauma, sexual abuse, perinatal care, chronic health, school issues, parent support, and life transitions.
Jennifer offers counseling, coaching and consulting services and specializes in working with individuals ages 14 and up in building self-confidence, finding purpose, and recognizing individual strengths. During our time together we will practice skills to manage anxiety and depression as well as heal from any past trauma.
Through an open, loving, and playful relationship, Jennifer works to ensure clients are able to define counseling goals and create a treatment plan. Jennifer is currently accepting new clients.
Jennifer was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys catching up with her favorite sports teams (Go Texas Tech), volunteering in the community, strolling the aisles at the mall, reading for fun, and spending time with friends and family.
